If I could leave minus stars I would! Utter shambles. Three times I have awaited delivery, three times they texted failed delivery! When you finally speak to a person they try to tell you it wasn't down for delivery and offer no help other than to say to collect the package from their depot which is 25 miles away or to pay to pick it up from local post office. Arranged to collect today from depot (have collection reference number) as very urgent only to be told its out for delivery! I am beyond angry! There are three properties on our postcode and were clearly signed. WHY??????

No wonder they have the nickname of Parcel Farce - they have my parcel at the office but can't deliver it today because the sender has not paid for Saturday delivery - and I cannot pick it up, even though they are open and the parcel is there because 'they cannot intercept the parcel before they have attempted delivery...' So I have to wait until Monday

Awful service. Give a time slot which was missed by over an hour. After an hour a van pulled up next to my house only to then drive off again. Called the depot and was then told that it will be delivered by 6pm despite me arranging time off work for the original time slot between 11:30-12-30pm. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PARCELFORCE. shame I had no choice as a receiver but would never ever use them as a sender.
