Worst company I have ever dealt with when it comes to customer service. They clearly could not care less once the purchase has been made. Never again. Avoid avoid avoid.

Bought a Lenovo tower in 2012 still running to this day, it's had a couple of upgrades, (SSD & RAM) after everyday use for over 10 years, it can't be that bad. Purchased from then PC World, Nottingham, UK.

Lenovo will leave you high and dry !! Lenovo will leave you high and dry !! Ordered laptop ready for a clients business in the new year, UPS messed the delivery up - bounced around Glasgow, then failed (never attempted) to deliver it the last leg, instead returning it to NL. Lenovo have not replaced the laptop, nor issued a refund. LenovoPro phone line doesn't work, and all communications seem to go through 'talking to a brick wall' India Call Centre. Now 32 days later and having to go through other means to get the money back. AVOID AVOID AVOID !!

I bought supposedly a brand new laptop and it came with loose keys. Then the touch screen completely separated and had to be send for repairs. This happened just after warranty expired and seemingly it is a common problem. It Came back from repairs lost connectivity and sensitivity to touch screen and buttons flying around the box; not to mention that Lenovo elite technicians broke camera privacy button or replaced the screen with a different one. Nine months after the first repair Ive been negotiating new repairs for two weeks now. I have Premium cover advertised as VIP-front of the queue access to elite technicians and onsite repair . Technical Customer service are based in Bosnia and the Technical lead in Australia. Appalling treatment of customer and they would go an extra mile to swindle customers based on my experience. And they are not cheap at all. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. Dealing with them is a .. torture. Update: Lenovo elite technician is a young lad based in Brighton with only 4 years experience. They outsource which means they are mis-selling warranty.
