        Good store, friendly staff, good range of stock! Fruit and veg, meat and wines are excellent! Newspaper are available as are baby goods and cigarettes wines and spirits!

        I went into this coop at 11:30 on 08/05/2020. Terrible service. I went in there to return an amazon parcel to wish I was pointed to the Hermes machine which I had trouble working. Not once did they offer to help. After finally printing off the label after 10 minutes I was then told to go round to the back of the queue even though I was by the counter. Then after that I handed her the parcel which one of the ladies said you need to do all that as in to sellotape. Ive been to Morrison's, next in festival place and the corner shop in north Waltham and I have not had to do this. Then I asked her do you have any tape as Ive travelled 20 minutes to get here, she looked around and said no youll have to buy some. Which I had to as I just wanted to get out of there. No initiative from the staff, no manners, they seem to love to gossip with the locals but if youre from outside of the area they are very curt and rude. Terrible service and will rather go to Morrisons, Lidl or another shop. Train your staff better.
