Marks and Spencer

Disappointed with your new style cafe, very impersonal, you have given no thought to your older, loyal customers. I personally didn't have a problem ordering but didn't like it and found the whole experience sterile. I overheard 2 customers in the foodhall saying, they walked in and walked out, not your best idea Mark's & Spencers, stick with what works.

Shame on m&S watched too many of the older generation leave the newly opened cafe due to the self service macdonalds style pay machines card only!.. most had cash to pay! You have abandoned the core group who use you !!

I loved Shopping at This Marks and Spencer's outlet Located in the Basingstoke festival place , it's feels like a one stop shop for all your needs , the Quality of products right from the clothing to the food is the best , the entire facility is very well arranged and you will love the shopping experience here , the staff is very Cooperative and will help you with a smile .. I will rate it a very good shopping experience

Horrible customer service.I bought school uniform that was too small.Was late few days for a refund and was refused an exchange.They didnt care ,all clothes were unworn with tags and I had a receipt.Will never shop there again!
