Gavin completed a number of jobs at our house in June, including a new bathroom fit, roofing sofits, fencing and much else. Every job was completed quickly and to an exceptional standard. Gavin and his team are clean, friendly and know what they're talking about. I cannot recommend Prenderville highly enough. After a few bad experiences with Builders, Gavin has shown there are some quality craftsmen out there that are honest, trustworthy and genuinely skilled - thank you!

We have no hesitation in recommending Prenderville Building and Maintenance. Gavin and his team have completely renovated our property over the last couple of years and the work has always been completed to an exceptionally high standard. The renovation included building and fitting an extension for a new kitchen/diner, replacing bathrooms, a new boiler, tiling, flooring, rendering an outside wall and even laying our patio. Gavin is extremely professional and reliable and is always able to suggest plenty of alternative ideas and choices for any project.

Cannot speak highly enough of Gavin and his team - professional, high standard of workmanship, neat & tidy and easy to deal with. We had an extension to the house built in September/October and are so pleased with the result. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him, truly top notch.

Gavin remodelled our bathroom this summer and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Communication was excellent both during the work, but importantly also before he started, meaning we knew in advance exactly when works would start. The quality of work is exceptionally high; being an architectural designer I have pretty high expectations and Gavin more than lived up to them! The house was well protected during the work, and the site was left tidy every evening. Gav and his co workers were polite and hardworking and i will definitely appoint him again when we next need building work done. Thanks Gavin!
