For those of you who don't like reading long comments Had a great experience with PCdad, will use him again, and have recommended him to other. For those of you who like more information, my name is Craig, and I am a real person (though I guess thats exactly what a bot would say, Beep, Beep). Windows decided to force me to do an update on my PC which failed and caused my PC to no longer boot up. Startup repair couldnt fix the issue, Id tried going back to a restore point and windows would do the update again and fail again. Tried reinstalling windows myself but you don't get disc anymore and the pc wouldnt connect to my network. So defeated, I started googling IT people. Called a couple of Place a PCdad got back to me. Explained the issue and agreed a time to drop my computer off to his house. Agreed it would be best to do a backup and reinstall windows. In total I was charged 90 to have may data backed up and windows 11 reinstalled onto my PC. PcDad had my PC roughly 22 hours and I was able to pick it up the next day. Very happy with my experience and have recommended PcDad to other people.

Jason was awsome. Not only did he fix a problem quickly that I had spent hours trying to solve, he was so helpful and kind. I'm so glad I've found someone who can help with my IT issues. I would definitely recommend his services. Thank you Jason
