Fitted a low quality screen which stopped working after 2 months. Appalling customer service, they were very unhelpful when trying to rectify the situation and have stopped returning messages.

I'm based locally in Basingstoke and booked a repair for a smashed screen on my iPhone 6s plus. Mark emailed me back to say as I was local he could collect the phone which would save me the time and effort of having to organise the postage and would give a faster turnaround. Within an hour Mark had collected the phone and within 2 hours was dropping the phone back to me with the screen repaired. Fantastic customer service and saved me the frustration of being phone-less for a number of days! Very highly recommended!
