        16.20 Just witnessed the young male barista with curly hair and glasses, possibly a supervisor or manager as he had keys on a lanyard, standing at the counter and fully stamping lots of loyalty cards which he then pocketed and went out into the back room carrying the till drawer.

        Called in at 2pm today, after standing at the front of the queue for almost ten minutes being ignored by the barista and trainee barista (not even a, well be with you in a minute), walked out after seeing the male barista biting his nails while making hot chocolate and other hygiene violations. Very disappointing
