        I come here at least once a week and 90% of the time I have issues, seriously considering taking my business elsewhere. Order always comes out wrong and has to be remade (I dont order complicated drinks and food!) or staff so not listen to me and just shove the card machine in my fave when I get to the window, never ask if I need to scan my rewards card. If I have a free drink to use on my account I always have to tell them twice because they dont seem to hear me when I tell them when scanning my rewards card. The staff here seem massively undertrained its embarrassing.
