As a 59 year old female cancer patient who has undergone a Traumatic time since April through illness and had a major operation in June, I was taken from my home in the early hours of Tuesday morning and arrested . I was on Tuesday lunchtime released without charge as no evidence was found. I have a stent in my left Kidney which causes constant discomfort and immediate need of Toilet facilities. Plus a drain in a large incision which needs emptying . Having been put in a cell and realising that I would be over looked at all times I asked if I could use a different Toilet facility which I was denied. My Anxiety and stress levels got to such a point and knowing I was completely innocent and being put through yet another Traumatic event I did try to do myself harm. I was in a state of panic and hyperventilating. Eventually when another Sergeant came on duty he came to my cell and allowed me to use the Disabled Facilities down the corridor. He then moved me closer to these facilities. Why this couldnt of been done when I first asked Im not sure. Unless being humiliated is part and parcel of the experience. But thank you so much for Driving me home. After my experience in the hands of Basingstoke Police Station I ended up in Hospital over the following weekend due to infection. Having chemo makes me at high risk of sepsis. Not to mention the trauma this experience has caused . The person who made the False Allegation against me who is known to have Mental Health issues is also in Hospital . Knowing his accusation caused me to be put in a Police cell has completely tipped him over the edge.Ive cared for him for 6 years through his complex medical issues. Apparently one Police wanted to arrest me the other didnt. In my eyes one good egg and one bad one that needed a arrest whatever and without consideration for the whole situation or the people involved.

victim of a house burglary where they stole my car keys and subsequently my car. A member of the public found the car and the police asked if they could seize it for forensics - I assumed this would help so said yes. I now have to pay 190.00 to release my own car that has been stolen. If i dont leave work early today (I am a teacher) I will incur an daily charge of 20 per day to keep my vehicle in the place the police took it to - absolutely disgusting!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely disgusting Seized my iPad when it had nothing to do With the case Just saw it on the side I Proved it was mine and still took it anyway looking around my house With no warrant we invited them in went in there to try and get it and the officer was off for a couple of day and there is no one that could help us so god knows when Im getting my Property back just unbelievable
