2 points I would like to highlight:
1. I was asked my card details on call and was told that 20 advance will be deducted from my account. instead the guy deducted the whole amount 48. when I checked I was told it was done by mistake and I should not worry about the service.
2. The appointment was at 3pm, 22nd June, Tuesday. the cleaning person turned early at around 12noon without any advance information.
3. Extremly Bad Cleaning Expereince- the guy had no interest in cleaning the carpet and was not even bothered if the machine had any water/cleaning agent at all.
4. After Sales service - I called the company multiple times to complain about the service but only received extremly rude behavior in return. Service: General carpet cleaning
