Sorted electrical problem on my Seat Arona rapidly. Very knowledgeable. Receptionist is very very good. This place new to me It looks clean , tidy and the staff great. Will definitely be using them again for mot and the like.

After talking to many specialists in my area (southwest England) all directed me to SJB Autotec.....cut a long story short, I won't be using anyone else to look after my pride & joy but them. A relaxed yet so professional approach to anything most people wouldn't entertain is so refreshing & reassuring. I've invested a lot of time & energy into my car, don't trust anyone else with your 4 wheeled child.....worth every penny... Service: Steering & suspension replacement

Found this place purely by accident, after 2 other VW Specialists never bothered replying to my enquiries. SJB got back to me immediately, were ever so friendly, helpful and reassuring. I had a big problem with the convertible roof of my wife's VW Eos and they quoted me a initial price, which all being well, would solve the issue. At the day of my appointment, I got offered coffee by the friendly receptionists and the Mechanic spent over an hour to get the roof working again. I feared the worst, but not only did they charged exactly what they quoted (I'm sure,they didn't plan for that amount of time spent on it), also Jamie the Mechanic took another 10min explaining to me, where the problem was and preventive measures we can do, to avoid similar problems in the future. We have been back since and had a roof service and some Modifications done to the Eos, at a more than fair price and sure enough, there have been no more leaks since and the roof still works perfectly. SJB are now stored in my phone for any work on my wife's car, I couldn't be happier. Also worth mentioning, I work abroad in shifts and had to change my appointment and the receptionists went out of their way, to actually make the repair possible switching times about, thanks again to all at the garage
