Went into the Hyundai Garage Basingstoke with a certain car in mind to purchase, as I entered my wife and I were greeted by Amir. He was polite and attentive and very knowledgeable and showed us around the different vehicles in stock. He also went on to explain the differences in models, comfortability, specifications and prices. Also offered us options to trade in and pay monthly plans. We were treated to complimentary coffees,teas whilst looking at different options. We will definitely return again to purchase on our next car.

This branch are amazing when they want you to buy a vehicle. Unfortunately, they are lacking in customer care upon collection of your vehicle. They will sing the praises of their team and admit they can do no wrong. They retain their sales people are the best in the business. Despite their unclear information and unethical nature. If you are looking to buy from self-righteous people, then this is the place for you.

Terry, has been fantastic from start to finish not too pushy and full of knowledge! When the car had a recall for software, Terry talked us through it and Rikki backed him to explain what the issue was! Great service!

Awful service. No 2nd key or paperwork after a month. Lots of hanging around when I already had a test drive booked and lots of other customers just walked out as noone was interested in serving them.

He was polite and attentive and very knowledgeable and showed us around the different vehicles in stock.
He also went on to explain the differences in models, comfortability, specifications and prices.
Also offered us options to trade in and pay monthly plans.
We were treated to complimentary coffees,teas whilst looking at different options.
