Poor quality bike, matched by the owners customer service. Mentions on their website we pride ourselves with 100% customer satisfaction however this was a long way from the truth. I was an unsatisfied customer and was told it was my fault. Purchased an air-bike fold up, first ride the gears kept changing, second ride the gears jammed, third and final ride the gear cable came out and the pedal came off and left me stranded. Their website mentions 95% ready assembled and recommended taking tour bike to a local technician. I have since bought a new fold up bike from Halfords Carrera Transit Fold Up Bike, I would recommend this bike. Much better quality 100% ready to go and great customer service.....

I needed some suspension due to arthritis making riding hard work on my single speed rigid. Found these on ebay and thought they looked OK for the money so took a punt on them. They arrived in about a day so fitted some gears and the forks. I have to say it was a joy to ride as these forks may be budget but are really smooth and light too. I didn't jar my ankle once and came home knackered but very chuffed. Top work Air-bike

I had to get new forks for my brothers bike due to him getting knocked off his bike and his forks getting bent. He needed them to be as cheap as possible as money was tight. So when checking ebay I came across this brilliant company with very helpful and informative staff. I ordered 2 sets as the price was unbelievable especially for what was advertised. The first lot turned up wrong as I ordered 27.5" and received 26" after a quick email to them they apologised and said they'd send them the next day and at the same time get the wrong ones collected which they did. After fitting the forks and having a test ride I was amazed at how a company could make a product so good as they did these forks for the money are great. Ive owned them now for easily over 6 months with no problems at all and that's both sets of forks. I'd definitely buy them again. Oh and for a little extra info these forks was fitted to a bike I converted which has a 1500w rear hub and capable of 35mph off road of course

Bought a Fat Tyre Bike, excellent quality and a real head turner, see muddy picture. MTB Grit Bike with attitude, great cross country especially on soft surfaces (beach, heathland and grass after months of rain). Great service from a new family company in Basingstoke. Quick, efficient and painless purchase arrived well packaged. Had replacement forks previously for my old bike and the quality was excellent, so it prompted me to go back when I needed a new bike. Their website is a work in progress, so it worth an email or a phone call if you can't find what you want, but their service is top notch. Just now need to put their Fat Tyre Bike accessories on the website as they are difficult to source in the UK. Needs a little (normal) bike maintenance knowledge to set it up with brakes etc. Fat tyres produce a lot of friction and therefore torque when braking, so need to be set heavier/tighter and test before you set off down a step muddy hill. Not as heavy as I expected, still manage to get plenty of air and excitement.
