(Excellent Covid safety measures and procedures followed at all times) We had booked at 1230 but arrived early and they were still happy to seat us straight away. It was my mothers birthday and she was made to feel like a queen. The nail technician continually complimented her and her nails, was interested in their shared conversation and was just so lovely and positive. I got my eyebrows done and the woman was very kind and nurturing through the process and I guess I was so relaxed I didn't feel any pain! Or their hot wax, which smelled great and was a perfect temperature by the way, was applied so well that there was no pain? I don't know either way there was no pain!! Also saw a really humbling moment where another customer had brought in fresh orange juice for the staff to say thank you for all they've done for her and that really does go to show how much time and effort they put into their customers. So pure! Already decided to change our usual salon and will be getting monthly appointments from here :) p.s my eyebrows look fire, thank you! Services: Eyebrow threading, Manicure, Waxing
