        I always get great service from the counter staff when I go into the branch.

        I went to this bank more then five times for opening my grandfathers joint account they asked me to provide few documents and i provide all the documents today and went to bank, one lady said that Im not allowed to sit I need to stand almost one hour inside her office and her reason was COVID-19 and still Im not able to open that account. she is about between 30 to 40years old and she was so rude and behave like we are nobody. Very bad customer service

        I'm astounded that a business can't be contacted through telephone. Makes me wonder if the staff purposely unplugged the phone?....
