We were very pleased with the service provided by The Mortgage Bubble. Joe did a fantastic job at communicating throughout the mortgage application process, provided candid and helpful advice, and was always on hand to respond to questions and queries. We had some difficulty with getting an offer from our first lender and Joe was on hand to explain our options and support us through a second application, that went very smoothly. Took a lot of the hassle and the stress out from the application for us. We weren't sure whether to use a mortgage broker or not at the beginning but were very pleased we did in the end. Would use again and recommend.

From start to finish Joe exceeded our expectations with the service he provided when it was time to remortgage our property. He came highly recommended from our neighbours and we could immediately see why. He took us through the process of remortgaging thoroughly and no question was too silly or too complex to answer. Joe also went above and beyond to explain our options to us and provided honest and objective feedback that made our decision making easier. He also explained and supported us with additions requirements that we needed to review such as life insurance and provided us with excellent solutions.
