Nova Outdoor Living

We have spent the summer transforming our garden and our new pergola from Nova Outdoor Living looks amazing. My husband and I put it together in about 6hrs but that included unpacking the parts from the 5 large boxes it came in. The blades on the top were probably the most time consuming but once we got the hang of putting them up we got a bit quicker. Its well made, looks great and the price compared to some is unbeatable

We bought a di-cast table and chair set, with a 10 year guarantee that it would not rust. We have had the set for over 15years, being outside all the time, and it is still in good condition with no rust! Kind regards Phil hancock

I bought a 6 seater patio set from here. Friendly and helpful enough staff and plenty to choose from. Delivery was somthing of a mystery though as they pass you on to a third party who send cryptic texts about your delivery. But when it did arrive I could not believe just how much packaging I had to deal with, far too much for a domestic customer to manage in my view. I took several trips (4 in fact) to my local recycling centre as I could not get it all in my car in one go. 6 bags of cardboard, and 4 sacks of non recyclable material plus a wooden pallet to deal with. Seriously Nova you need to provide help with this.
