So where do I begin. Managing director does not value customer service nor his family member who answers the phone. We have had quite a few issues with quality control and each and everytime they refuse todo anything about it. In the past we had a delivery driver ask us not to order for 1 of our elected delivery days because and I quote "it takes him longer to get home" we have had items delivered that should be chilled but we're frozen and frozen items which have started to defrost, the excuse we got was the van was faulty (do you not check temps before you leave) They also package raw and ready to eat items in the same box (which is just an old box that they are reusing rather then an actual crate). They raise prices without informing us or providing updated catalogues the whole business just feels amateur. I am doing my best to move away from this supplier and I suggest you do the same. On a plus note the lady who delivers now and 1 of the ladies on the phone are lovely so the 1 star is for you.
