        Top, top service. Easy online booking system and great customer service. Driver arrived just a couple of minutes early and then was accommodating with my request to stop at a cash point, as well as taking care to make sure he was dropping me to the door of my destination. An all-round smooth and pleasant experience exactly what getting a taxi should be like but rarely is.

        Ordered a taxi to go to the train station. When the taxi arrived he quickly drove off as he would only take 3 people,not the four of us as he wouldnt have anyone in the front. When I phoned the taxi office the woman on the end of the phone was rude and unhelpful. Its not the first time something there has been some sort of drama with this taxi business. An absolute joke of a company with mediocre staff at best! Thankfully I got an UBER which was cheaper and got us to the train station on time for our train. I strongly recommend using any other taxi firm or an UBER instead of this two Bob company
