        AVOID AT ALL COSTS...ZERO STARS!! My partner and I ordered a taxi on 20th November to be told it would be 20 minutes. 45 minutes later no taxi! Called back they said they don't even have a cab booked for us, no apology and very rude. said taxi would now be another 20 minutes! Another 40 minutes and it finally arrives so almost an hour late to meet friends.The driver then charges us 19.50!!!! to travel 2.9 miles (an 8 minute drive). They said its because we were coming from Billericay to wickford and its Billericay cab! Which doesn't make sense as they are based in Wickford so would have to go back anyway! I called up to complain and asked manager to call me back, surprise surprise still no call!! Never again.

        Called for a taxi - someone answered and put me on hold, called back did the same thing, called back again - to listen in to a conversation about not being able to work the "poxy phones". ended up using wickford taxi's much more time efficient!
