        Got a cab from basildon taxi rank , the driver brought me to southefield veterinary specialists no problem, he gave me a card to call when I needed go back, I rang the number, woman asked if I had an animal, "yes a cat in a carrier" "our drivers won't take an animal. She didn't believe I was ringing from the card the driver gave me... I won't be using this cab firm again

        Taxi 147 ! I asked if he has a card machine he said yes. Then said no I have two sons in the cold waiting to get home. He was rude I have this most times with this taxi service. I think its about time someone sorts this !

        Called for a taxi Was told upto a 20 min wait and I would get a text when car dispatched After waiting 30 mims I called 4 times and got no answer and no taxi showed up Managed to get another taxi from another firm and 2hrs after I originally spoke to ace taxi I still had no contact from them Poor service if they haven't got cars available just be honest don't make promises and just don't turn up.or answer the phone Really bad service
