Ive never walked in somewhere and felt like such an inconvenience. I was recommended this place by my parents who were pretty happy with their kitchen worktops. I want my whole kitchen worktops redone, but before that I wanted a hearth for a fireplace. I walked in, not a single person looked up eventually I approached a desk and it was hard work. All my questions were half answered (at best) I didnt expect amazing service, but the basics werent there. Ive never felt like such a nuisance when trying to buy something. So I left, and my kitchen refurb in 2023 will go to someone else.

Definitely don't recommend! Totally wasted visit, gift of the gab from Craig making promises of fitter to call following day to arrange visit to measure up and bring two chosen samples. Over a week later despite two phone calls and more promises still no call to arrange time for quote!!!

Installed our kitchen counter tops in 2017. Was very pleased with the service and product. Contacted them last week just to check how best to remove water marks. Said they'd pop around to have a look, they arrived, told us what to do in furure, then said they'd clean the tops there and then for us. Now good as new! Didnt expect that service only instruction how to do it. Thank you to Jamie and his colleague for doing the work, also Barry for the quick reply.

Avoid, unless you're happy to wait 6 months for your table and chairs and don't want to be contacted about the status of your order.

Just taken delivery of my new kitchen table and chairs...........STUNNING!!! Service from ordering to delivery was exceptional. Was even shown how to clean it We are so impressed will be returning soon to order table and chairs for dining room!
