Such a shame after all the years trading you are not prepared to sort out an 80 dispute. You did not look into it properly. Far too many staff in their own areas with no care on customer service or retaining our business. To top it off you demand a payment and had missed yet another credit for 600 this time from weeks before on another incorrect delivery where we were short yet again. Staff need more training in all areas as not getting anything right and aftercare is extremely poor. The fact you responded in the manner you did says it all.

my order for the equipment i needed was a easy and direct purchase with a timely delivery as stated on my order, i was very happy with the products i chose and the service i received from Lemon Groundwork solutions ltd , very friendly staff when talking on the phone.

Unfortunately can't leave 0 star I have been trading with this company since 2003 Lots of mistakes within the last few months with our orders We could not settle with a mutually agreeable resolution So we closed our account they received payment in full We are the injured party lost time and money over an 80.00 disagreement Very disappointed
