        I had a brilliant first experience of a sports massage by Kevin. I ran my first half marathon in June and am now a regular runner, so I was looking for focus on the legs. Kevin also did a neck and shoulder massage too. I work at the computer for long hours and regularly get knots, and I felt so much better after. I would highly recommend if you're looking for a massage to really get rid of any tight muscles & knots, what's great is these massages aren't just for sport related issues, they can be for anyone that is experiencing some sort of discomfort.
