First after having confirmation of booking in their system nobody called or emailed me to confirm/decline the place. Didn't know should I plan a class or not. only after 3d attempt I called them myself and manage to get some answers and finally was booked in for a session
In beginning of May I said we will not be attending in August. The reply was we had to pay for 3 months anyway, bringing the charges per class to 14. Was told they have long waiting list so I have to secure the space, but when heard about August said I have to pay as there might not be enough children and salaries have to be paid anyway. So what is it? Long waiting list or not enough children? Anyway, wasn't ok with it but my son liked it so I thought I will give it a go.
But it wasn't over
I was emailed that I need to have a membership for the classes, I started the registration process but due to technical difficulties on the website couldn't finish it.
And of course I forgot about it later on
They were sending me 2 emails and all of them as I guess they were automated and went to my spam as I have spam filter, so I didn't see it.
No calls, no messages no other communication!
When my son came with his dad to the class, they were not let out of the car. She was rude and said that we had our warnings and she will it let us in without membership. I was working at that moment and had to search for the email in spam folder and with shaken hands fill the forms and pay these fees! I paid and from husband words the coach was very rude and aggressive when they came back with confirmation.
So be ready for poor customer service and complete lack of interest if you are joining this club
