Please avoid this despicable company! I wouldnt have. Hose them but sadly our salesperson did - he has now removed himself from them. Spent 14,000 on an ASHP which has extreme costs and continual issues! They no nothing about set ups etc They have walked way from helping AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I am taking this all the way with regulatory bodies and will take this all the way legally so do yourselves a favour and AVOID!

Highly recommend! We recently had a heatpump installed and the Ray and the rest of the installation team were simply amazing - worked like a whirlwind for two days including Saturday, and left everything very tidy. Ray simply wouldn't rest until he had solved an unexpected and unusual pre-existing issue with our central heating pipes. Post-installation support was also everything you'd wish for, having to come to grips with a completely different heating philosophy. Their engineer, James , came back to check and fine tune the settings after a few weeks of operational time and provided loads of practical advice. The heatpump is now being severely put to the test in the current cold snap and it is reassuring that Use The Sun are available for advice.

AHP Installed incorrectly and called out to rectify time and again. It never ran as it should and the customer service was painfully slow and unresponsive. Having to chase up when the next fault that Daiken service revealed would be fixed. I'm sorry but I have to advise others best avoid this company from our experience.

They installed my solar panels. My 12 380W panels produced 28 kwh of electricity on best day which exceeded my expectations. They were also one of the few willing to install Enphase micro-inverters. I had to wait for batteries couple of months as there is a shortage. Batteries have been installed now. Great communication with sales rep who responded quickly. Engineers have done great work, everything looks neat and works. Price was good as well. I would definitely recommend them.
