        We implemented live chat as another channel of communication for our customers and to keep our phone calls down and haven't looked back since. Our account manager was with us from the initial contact through to subscription ensuring we had everything set up as we wanted. This made the whole process smooth as she was aware of our needs and reason to implement. The software is easy to use and the support team we're quick to act when i had questions. All round a great company, product and service. Highly recommended.
