I have been using Customer feedback centre for the last 5 years and have found the service a massive boost for customer trust and a great source of 'social proof' that can be really useful for my website, social media, and promotional material. We are a marquee hire company that deal almost exclusively with weddings and when Covid hit, all my 2020 bookings suddenly disappeared with all of the companies income! We cancelled our direct debits and as the dust settled we started dealing with all the companies. It really revealed the way companies deal with their customers when they get into trouble, and a lot of them were entirely unsympathetic and demanded money while pointing to contracts and threatening collection agencies. Andrew was completely different, he offered payment holidays and kept our reviews online right the way through. Our company has come through Covid(touch wood!) and I would always recommend Customer feedback centre and Andrew as a company and as a bloke!
