Atrocious service - have to keep chasing to find out about our shipment. Make promises to deliver then on day of delivery state we have not cleared customs - despite our instructions to clear goods and deliver to us. Continue to add charges despite having paid them plus over 100 just for documents. Disgraceful service and when you want to speak to a manager no one is available.

Shocking experience. Needed two medium sized boxes to be cleared. Despite not clearing the delivery for 7 days (throughout which we were ready for pick up), weve been charged for the storage time and stung with excessive fees. Im generally reluctant to leave bad reviews but there was no budging on the phone. Will not be using them again and would recommend other businesses consider alternatives.

Have used mannson a few times now, What a breath of fresh air compared to previous forwarders, Rhys, James and Lauren nothing but helpful to make things easy and swift.

If possible avoid at all costs. Mannson handled a sea freight haulage from China that I received, I wasn't able to select the freight forwarder within the UK and therefore was absolutely over a barrel in regard to the extortionate costs they charged. They were not transparent with their fees and invoiced me on 3 occasions to release and deliver the items, the cost of these three invoices was far greater than the value of the item I purchased. If at the beginning of the process I was aware how much they intended to charge me I wouldn't have bothered to have the item delivered - I would have cut my losses. When I paid the second invoice I was told they would deliver on Tuesday (they were charging me rent to hold the item) after paying the fee I was then notified I missed the cut off by 3 minutes and they couldn't deliver on Tuesday and that I would need to pay additional rent until it was redelivered. When we finally arranged a date for the item to be delivered I explained that I needed assistance moving the item from the tail lift as it was very heavy - they said they couldn't do this but would call me 30 minutes before arriving so I could arrange a friend to assist with taking delivery - obviously they didn't call me and the truck and pallet arrived with no-one home to assist. Couldn't have had a more awful experience...
