        First class customer service. I have bought a number of products from Pakatak, all of which being incredibly good quality and very competatively priced. Unfortunately a couple of the products recently developed faults, but Alan was extremely helpful and quick at having these replaced. In this market I believe good customer service post-purchase is absolutely crucial - buy from Pakatak and you will certainly get this.
