        A terrible group of contractors who constantly lie about fixing things and attending the site at Verde House. I am truly surprised about all of these positive reviews when we are paying in bogus service charges for jobs DSSL submit when they haven't even attended!!! Untrustworthy and I would not use them. Southern will be recalling jobs instead of raising again so you don't get paid twice. We are onto you
