Sadly, the service we encountered from the front of house staff this evening, was extremely poor and very disappointing. It was to have been a special treat for our son's birthday tomorrow. We have dined happily at this branch many times before without any problems, including other family celebrations. After today, I feel sorry to say that we might reconsider, before rushing back any time soon.

Very slow service but only 2x waiting staff on duty. Very slow arrival of orders. There were 4 of us, 2 main courses were served and the after a short pause we were then informed the macaroni cheese that the other 2 had ordered was not a available as they had just sold the last 2.we were offered lasagne that had been cooked We agreed to gave tgem as we didn't want to keep tge others waiting. Admittedly we were not charged for them but will think twice about going to Prezzos again.
