We have visited Urban Fresh quiite a few times, the food, atmosphere and staff are great, I can definately recommend, we also went to the Elvis show last week which was excellent

There was only one vegan main and one starter and I consider offering sorbet as the vegan option pudding a token jesture. The ordering options were strange as you had to either order two or three courses and the two course option had to be a main and pudding so discriminatory for diabetes sufferers. was allowed at the discretion of the management to have a coffee in the place of the scoops of flavoured ice but that meant the coffee was more expensive than it ort to have been. I feel you should be given the option to order individual courses as people do not all have the same appetite or perhaps people may wish to share a starter or order two in the place of a main. This rigid arrangement seemed rather unnecessary. Also six of our party of eight were overcharged by mistake. I'm sure this was a genuine mistake but I would encourage anyone to check their bill. Overall all eight of us were pleased with the quality of the meals, portion size, and value for money. The staff were welcoming, very friendly , helpful and attentive.
