        4th June 2020 - I regret, I did not read the comments and suffering of other users here. I placed an order on 13th May 2020 for face mask but then no response to emails, calls and neither there is an option to cancel the order online. Please please, do not buy from this seller and stay away as no help! I had placed order for 150 and fortunatly using credit card. I raised my concern with credit card company who has refunded my money today and said they will take the matter against this supplier. I am surprised to read some comments wherein they received response and order but it was certainly not the case with me. Will avoid them.

        I ordered FFP3 masks on 11/07 and received them today (18/07), I think that's excellent service considering how busy they must be.
