    Dealing with this company. Waste of time. Looking for a unit in Essex, found a reasonable one. Agent starts ignoring my calls, leave a voicemail, nothing. So I used a different phone to call him on. He answers straight away. How funny. So that's 2 different reviews that state , calls are ignored. That's the last time I ever use this company.

    Oh my word, where do i start! I have been trying to rent a business unit and the following has been my experience: 1) Agent shows me a unit, says i need to move fast to get in so i call him the same day to say i want it. I am told that they will arrange the paperwork and away we go. After almost a week of silence and ignoring my calls i'm told we have to increase our offer as they have someone else who now wants the unit despite being told we had it a week prior. At this point we loose the unit because the price increased beyond our budget, despite the agent saying last minute to increase the term would get it from the other company. In reality they had two customers that were being played against each other. 2) The next unit with the same agent we are pressured to move quickly, so we agree to take the unit on viewing, but stated we needed to move fast as we had a deadline. The agent the fails to make contact anf ignores many calls until finally answering, only to say they were waiting to find out if we wanted the unit (clearly had forgotten every conversation up to this point) 3) We agree a rate for the unit and are told to await a response from the landlord. But rather than call or chase the landlord the agent send an email and does nooooooothing. So a week later and after many ignored phone calls and messages i finally get a response, only to find they hadn't done anything. 4) We request the legal agreement so we can sign, pay deposit and move forward. After at first trying to get a deposit out of us that was worth half a years rent we came to a sensible agreement. However! On receiving the paperwork we also receive a request to pay for the buildings insurance. This was not an unreasonable amount or request, however the paperwork stated the landlord paid this fee. When speaking to the agent this seems to have been an oversight, and its common for the landlord to pass this cost to the tenant. Overall the customer service has been appalling, i even complained to the main office of glenny in our town regarding the dodgy behavior of our agent, only to be passed onto him the next time we called.
