If only there was an option for no stars. Honestly the worst service I have received anywhere. It makes me laugh because they advertise that they aim to set the bench mark high with there service, I've had better service in Burger King. They never call you back when they say they will, if you've got a problem/maintenance issue to report don't expect anything will be done. They appoint contractors to attend and tell you they will be there (after you've chased 3 times) then they don't turn up. I am sure they get a thrill out of wasting peoples time and money. I think a 5 year old could manage properties better. Do not recommend.

Since we moved to Urbanlife from Rylands we have been so happy with the service provided. They are a breath of fresh air in the managment industry and I could not fault them hence the 5 stars.

Update. Further to the below I have been waiting over a year for my liking roof to be repaired. Random bills appear on my account without any support as to what they relate to. They manage two flats in a converted house. Charges appear on annual statements for work that neither of the tennents were aware of. They will appear to do whatever they can to up the maintanice charges. As a positive they do reply to emails quicky. Further to the above, they seem to insist that all work in required by their client. A quick goggle and it would appear that Freeholder and management company have the same Director, Mitchell George NUNN. I can't question this as they now refuse to speak to me.
