        Excellent customer service. I have purchased from this company twice. Each time I enquired about a product I received a prompt and detailed reply with all the information I needed. I also received advice which was very useful for me in making my decision. Prices are very competitive, I don't think you will find cheaper elsewhere. Delivery costs are realistic. Goods arrived super quick. I dealt with Stuart who was super helpful, polite, friendly and very customer orientated. I would definitely recommend Bannerbridge. Proof that there are businesses and people out there who genuinely care about providing a first class service to their customers.

        Bought a Fuser unit from this company the fuser was faulty on arrival we had an Printer engineer check it. On Speaking with them they said that i had to pay for the shipping back to them. Which i think is disgusting we are a printer repair company and deal with many parts suppliers and never ever would a supplier force you to pay for faulty goods back to them.
