        Speedy, impressive service. Clear about charges and what might not be possible. Mark repaired my printer, which I hadn't used for a long time, within 24 hours. He also explained about a feeder copying quirk and how to get round it. Still worked wirelessly when I got it home. Recommend unreservedly and will certainly ask him again.
