        Staff are super friendly and helpful but since the change in opening hours, it's really difficult to collecting parcels.

        Opening times are a joke. People working there seem fine and I've not had issues getting my post, but the window to collect is a little ridiculous for anyone who has to go to work.

        For 2 days been waiting for parcel. No idea why it went to wickford. Had email at 7.20am on saturday 17th july to be told will be delivered today didnt arrive, same as friday. Also no further updates. Really dissapointed
