        Staff very rude, unfriendly. In the middle of serving me started talking with other staff member ignoring me. When I asked the staff a question she looked bored and asked the other staff member to answer the question, as she could not be bothered to be more elaborative in her answer to me. Overall staff need, costume service training asap.

        Post office is supposed to be open till 8 o'clock but service i require finished at 5 whats the point of staying open if you are not offering post office facilities are the people behind the counter paid to say they are closed.

        Queued for 15 minutes to get ID certified to be told they don't have photocopier!! A post office with no photo copier what a load of BS.
