The Triangle Post Office

Really not happy. Ive been using this postal service for a while and the only thing that lets it down is the older woman who works there. Shouted at me rudely post office closed when I walked in earlier and when I asked her politely when it re-opened she ignored me twice! Her colleague came running over to help me as he noticed I was being ignored. Ive had issues with her in the past, claiming that my parcels were too big for large letters when they 100% were not and just being generally unpleasant. All the other staff are polite and helpful but that one woman really puts me off going here.

I must be invisible as the lady at the counter just ignored me and thr post office queue and served a bunch of people in the newsagents counter that arrived after me. It seems that you have to stand in the newsagents queue to be seen/served.

The rude women that served me didnt want to take my parcels claiming they where too big and would be in her way. She said they will be there all weekend as they dont collect until mondy, and she siad i cant guarantee they wont get kicked about and damaged. I said dont they get collected tomorrow (Saturday) she said "no Monday". But the tracking proves they got collected sat!!! Rude horrible women.
