Unreliable. Does not turn up. Leaves equipment on site. Does not communicate. Ignores texts and phone calls, Insisted on paying up front and does not finish the work or correct faulty workmanship. BE WARNED

I used this company on two new build houses in Ingatestone, I will definitely be using them again!! Its taken me a few years to find someone who is clean, reliable and professional in the way that these boys were. The houses look amazing thanks to Jamie and his team! Scott - SEL Build and Design

WARNING*** Do NOT pay any cash or bank transfer any money to this company, owned by Jamie Dalby, until at least 5 days after the job is finished, so you can see what your rendering will look like. And you're satisfied. The reviews they have on here are fake, ie, Scott Lawson works for total rendering and was one of two men that did my rendering ! I paid 1450 cash to this company to monocouche just the front of my small house, it was a complete mess. They scrapped off too much Monocouche showing the grey cement underneath...to cover this, all they did was pick up the dust from the ground and throw it in the holes !! Scott Lawson actually mixed up a tiny amount of Monocouche dust from a bag in a bucket that had had dried cement in it from the previous day...when i questioned him about it he assured me it would dry the right colour...IT DID NOT...it obviously dried cement GREY.. this was in February 2019, to "put it right" Jamie Dalby said it would have to be painted over. Scott Lawson came and put paint patches over it to find a match..they didn't find one...I had to wait FOUR months for them to send a painter in June to paint over the mess..and he caused even more damage to My property ! My brand new Windows were not protected and covered, resulting in paint all over them and I mean all over them. My drain pipe wasnt put back properly, and is also covered in paint. They are NOT Monocouche experts as their advert states, their after sales contact is appalling to say the least.. Jamie Dalby ignored all my texts and emails asking what make and colour paint he used to paint over the Monocouche that should not have been painted, that's the point of Monocouche ! So I can not even buy a match to cover patches that were not painted properly. I am not leaving this matter here, I am filing a complaint to the small claims court. The other "reviews" on here We found out were written by their Facebook friends. All photos and screenshots can be provided. I am disgusted with the way I have been treated, and hope this review will prevent anybody else being put through the stress that I have been through this passed 6 months. You are not hiring professionals when you hire this company. Sad but true. You have been sincerely warned.
