Shocking food, disgusting service always get it wrong then accuse you of ordering it wrong

We are reasonably regular users after recently returning to the area. On previous occasions the service and food has been good, todays however was delivered quickly, but still managed to be cold on all 3 kebabs and chips, combined this with the fact that all were supposed to be large, they appeared small, and if Id paid for small I would still have been dissatisfied with the size. I phoned to give constructive feedback, asking for nothing in return, this call was meet with what seemed like disinterest and a thanks with the phone put down. No attempt was made to find out if my complaint was legitimate or any apology given. With the price of a takeaway meal seemingly going through the roof, I would have thought keeping the customers that are still buying happy with both quality, service, and after service. Its unlikely after this experience that we will use Laindon Kebab again.

I have been a very good customer for years now. Ordered a takeaway last night and payed by card, i got told it didn't work so I payed cash. I checked my online banking and have been charged twice. Phoned them and was told someone would be round to refund me and no one turned up. Il be poppy g to the shop today to collect my money.

Ordered a delivery, the guy answering the phones was very blunt and rude food came on time but stale bun on burger cold chips threw the lot in the bin wasnt able to eat any of it disappointed will not return

Had delivery to hospital as have been in for over a week now the Donna I had was gab and they even understood little bit of chilli full marks might try there iskenda later on in the week
