The service during non peak hours is slow, unorganized, making me wait almost 30mins for a pick up, then having to re queue again, there should be two separate queues for these things to make it go by faster.

Was given a prescription by consultant and went to the out patients pharmacy, the woman who served me said that one of them would be cheaper to buy over the counter and because of the cost of the other one I would be better to get my own GP to write me a presciption for that. I went to my GP and spoke to them about it and they told me that it had to be filled by the hospital pharmacy and would only cost the price of a prescription. Back I went and spoke to a different woman and eventually got my precription and had to pay parking again.
