Essentials Training

While there are many knowledgeable personal trainers out there, Bayley at essentials training not only knows her stuff, but is reliable, consistent and cares about all aspects around my health, this truly sets her apart. She not only provides the tools and know how for a good work out but is always open to answer and probes questions around supplements, diet, tolerances, womans health and rest. The essentials team structure a variety of work outs switching them up on a regular basis which keeps training engaging and helps me learn and progress. Prior to joining essentials I had limited knowledge of exercises, and was cautious in busy/posey gyms. From the minute you step in the door at essentials, Bayley, Jamie and the team have a big smile and welcoming attitude (even at 6am!) - hats off to them, I think this is what has built such a comfortable and friendly community of members.
