        Worked with my strengths, identified my weaknesses and helped me either overcome them or work around them. I've tried to hit my targets "solo" for ages but after hitting a plateau just thought I'd give this a try to change things up. Oh my god, I wish I'd done this sooner. Cheers T, you total legend

        LIFE CHANGING before meeting torrian I would never of thought I would be reaching the goals I have and still have many more goals to smash torrian will always work around you to make it easy to attend around busy life also will work to get the best results not only at the gym but result for life and is always there for support day or night he has not just been my PT but pretty much my life coach
