Tom is kind, knowledgeable, patient, encouraging, motivating, very supportive of women (able to talk about periods!) and I always have a laugh with him! He literally switches on my BEAST mode! Tom made sure that he researched my medical condition before I started, to ensure that he could realistically work with me and know when and how to push me, without leading to an injury. Hes taken a complete novice with weight training and now got me barbell squatting almost 60kg in about 6 months! As a larger lady, I was very paranoid about judgement in the gym and from a PT, but Tom makes me so relaxed and makes my journey individual to me. Highly recommend!

I first started seeing Tom as my personal trainer in December 2021. I have suffered from a spine problem since I was 12, with pain, disc degeneration and scoliosis, I have tried lots of different things in the past (pilates, physio, osteopaths etc) but I can honestly say Tom has changed my life. I feel strong, my back pain has reduced by at least 60/70% and when I do have small episodes of pain I recover a lot quicker than previously. I love the gym, I love my PT session with Tom and I feel confident. Thank you Tom

Tom is a friendly personal trainer and he pushes you to meet your targets. Encourages you when you doing good and makes you aware of things you could do better. Now I feel much more confident, energetic and healthier also have lost about 10 kg weight in 6 month Would defo recommend to others! Thank you for your help Tom

Tom set realistic goals and I found his programme easy to incorporate into everyday life. He encouraged me to do weights that I would never have done on my own and I now have confidence in the gym.

Tom is a brilliant PT & I highly recommend him! I first started my PT sessions with Tom back in October 2021. The initial goal was to help me lose the weight gained during lockdown so that I could fit into my wedding dress. This goal was achieved & I couldnt have done it without him! He set me a programme that was achievable and manageable to fit around a busy schedule and the weekly sessions encouraged me to keep going! I enjoy the sessions and even though the initial goal was achieved I am still continuing the weekly PT session but with a new goal to improve my strength. Thank you Tom for all your help!
