        Do not go with them. Our payroll is being held "hostage" with no idea of when it will be paid. The response has been inadequate, stating that pay will be made "soon", but with insufficient answers and timescales. This is impacting on my ability to pay my bills, which will default.

        There is no response to emails and Phone lines are not been answered. These people are still with my money and saying nothing to me. I dont know what to even do, has anyone got a clue on next thing to do? This is horrible.

        No contingency plan to deal with security breach in September 2021. Several contractors not paid for a (whole month). Contractors left high and dry- no phone calls of reassurance; nothing of the sort. Hardly anyone picks up the phone when you enquire when you enquire about this September delay. No one at Unified seems to know when Contractors will be paid. Definitely not good enough on this score. Horrible experience. Thus I can not recommend.
