I had my sentimental necklace chain link repaired and was very happy with the speed and price of the service. All of the staff were very friendly and trustworthy of my sentimental piece of jewellery. I had been looking for a watch for my daughters 18th birthday & could not find the exact one she wanted anywhere!!! I had been to London & had 3 jewellers also looking for me but still couldnt get it. I went into wickford goldmine on the Tuesday & by Wednesday they had found one, travelled all the way to London to collect it for me & made sure I had it in person for the Thursday morning( my daughters 18th). Best customer service Ive ever received. Would recommend this shop to everyone, lovely, helpful people. Made my daughter very happy !!

Had my watch battery replaced at another jewellers and the back had come loose and was unable to fix it myself, walked in and they were both immediately welcoming and helpful! Fixed it in no time! Will definitely be retuning!
